Why haven’t I received my files after purchase?
Just purchased a beat on Beat22 but didn’t get your download files? Don’t worry, it’s usually a simple issue, and we’ll help you get your files quickly.
Here’s what might have happened and how to fix it:
1. Check Your Email
As soon as you complete your purchase, we automatically send your:
- Beat file (MP3 / WAV / Stems)
- License agreement PDF
- Invoice and receipt
Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from Beat22.
2. Check “My Orders” in Your Account
You can always access your purchased files directly from your Beat22 account:
Steps:
- Log in to your account at beat22.com
- Click “Browse” at the top
- Select “My Orders” from the dropdown
- Click on your purchased beat
- Download your media file, license, and receipt
3. Order Still Showing “Pending”?
If your order status still shows “Pending”, it means your payment hasn’t fully processed yet. In this case, wait a few minutes, most issues resolve within a short time.
If it remains pending after 10–15 minutes, contact us.
4. Still Not Received Anything?
Sometimes there may be:
- A network delay
- A technical error
- Or a rare case where payment went through but the files didn’t trigger
Just email us at support@beat22.com with:
- A screenshot of your payment
- Your order number
- The name of the beat
We’ll verify and send your files manually ASAP.
