Why didn’t I receive my payment after a sale on Beat22?
Made a sale on Beat22 but didn’t get the payment yet? Don’t worry, in most cases, there’s a simple reason behind it. Let’s walk you through everything you need to know.

Payments are not Instant
Seller payments are processed after a settlement period, not immediately after the sale.
Settlement Time: It usually takes 15 days for payments to reflect in your bank account after a sale. To know more, click here.

Payouts are scheduled in batches
We process payouts in batches through our payment partners. If your payout is in queue, it will be sent during the next payout cycle.
Note: Weekends and bank holidays can delay processing.

Have you added/updated your bank details ?
Make sure your payout method is correctly set up.
- Go to your Profile Settings → Payout Bank Details
- Add your Bank Details
- Ensure the details are accurate to avoid failed payouts

Your payment has likely been initiated
If it’s been over 5 business days and your payout hasn’t reached you, it might already be initiated but delayed by the bank/payment gateway. You can:
- Check your email/SMS for payment notifications
- Wait another 24–48 hours
- Or contact our support team at support@beat22.com
